i’m meredith, a board-certified family nurse practitioner with nearly a decade of experience across primary care, hospital medicine and reproductive and sexual health.
i founded merewell with a simple belief: healthcare should be accessible, connected and deeply human.
my approach combines clinical expertise with an understanding of how lifestyle, prevention and everyday habits influence long-term health.
today, merewell delivers personalized virtual care. our larger vision is to bring healthcare and technology together, creating a more intuitive way for people to access care, understand their health data, and stay connected to their well-being.

we provide a comprehensive range of telehealth services tailored to your needs: women's health, men's health, sexual health, skin health, sick visits, functional and preventive care.

yes! merewell now accepts Blue Cross Blue Shield in Rhode Island, with UnitedHealthcare beginning November 27, 2026.
we also offer self-pay appointments for patients without participating insurance coverage.
insurance coverage varies by plan and service. prescriptions and laboratory testing may also be covered depending on your benefits.
Please note: Merewell does not currently accept Medicare or Medicaid.
