i’m meredith, a board-certified family nurse practitioner with nearly a decade of experience across hospitals, home care, reproductive and sexual health, post-op recovery, and primary care.
i created merewell because something was missing in modern care. virtual platforms made things faster—but they lost the human connection. i wanted to bring that back.
my approach blends clinical insight with a deep understanding of how lifestyle—nutrition, movement, sleep, and stress—shapes how we feel day to day.
merewell brings together the warmth of human connection with the ease of modern technology—so you can access thoughtful, comprehensive care, wherever life takes you. this is the kind of care i’d want for the people i love.

we provide a comprehensive range of telehealth services tailored to your needs: women's health, men's health, sexual health, skin health, sick visits, functional and preventive care.

currently, we are a self-pay service, meaning we don’t bill insurance for visits. however, we provide a superbill upon request, which you can submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement. for certain prescriptions—like birth control, hair loss treatments, or performance-related meds—you may be able to use your insurance at your preferred pharmacy. lab work (when applicable) may also be covered by your insurance provider.
